Chonrada, the heart and soul behind Clay Quisit, originally hails from Thailand, but lived all over the world before finally settling in Michigan, where she handcrafts her art and manages her small business. Chonrada pours love and creativity into her polymer clay jewelry, with the help of her three children and talented sister.
A year before the pandemic, she discovered her fascination with the polymer clay medium through courses at a local art center. Fascinated by its endless possibilities, she developed her own style of earrings and launched her Etsy shop, Clay Quisit, in 2020. Inspired by nature's beauty and other art forms like embroidery, painting, and cake decoration, Chonrada's earrings are more than accessories—they are cherished keepsakes that capture special memories, times, and places. Chonrada continuously creates new designs, with painstaking attention to detail she strives for her customers to feel her passion in each piece she creates. Looking forward, Chonrada dreams of expanding her offerings and making her heartfelt creations even more giftable, touching lives far and wide.
